What is your return policy?
As a small business, we currently don't accept returns. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide comprehensive size charts and detailed product illustrations for each item.
Received a damaged or faulty product? Contact us at hello@otherreserve.com and we'll promptly resolve the issue.

What are the terms for an exchange?
- Initiate exchanges within 14 days of delivery at hello@otherreserve.com.
- Ship items back within 72 hours of receiving your return label.
- All items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original condition.
- Worn items are not eligible for exchange.
- New items will ship after we've inspected your return.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for secure, convenient checkout.
How do I cancel or edit an order?
Need to make changes? Email hello@otherreserve.com immediately—we process orders quickly and can only make changes before shipping.
What are the delivery times, methods, and costs?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Choose your preferred shipping speed at checkout. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $200!
Where is my order?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, track your package easily through the Shop app.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
My package hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Once shipped, packages cannot be redirected or have their delivery address changed. Always double-check your shipping information at checkout. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information.
